Approach:New sales team took a “hands-on” approach with open and active communication with potential buyers. We created focus groups for reservation holders to give input on amenity planning and special events, keeping them engaged in the process.
Results:$105 million in pre-sales during launch weekend with an event at Greta Garbo’s house in “Roaring 20’s” style. The celebration included vintage cars, costumes, and entertainment and was covered by local television stations and newspapers. |
